This Privacy Policy describes how Quantum of Solutions ("we," "us") handles information in connection with UW-agent and the UW-agent website. It is a draft for product launch readiness and is not legal advice.

Scope
This policy covers:
- The public marketing site (including demo / contact requests)
- Information processed when a shop uses UW-agent to underwrite deals (bank statements, application fields, ticket output), to the extent that product use is live for that shop
If a separate customer agreement or data processing addendum applies to a paid subscription, that agreement controls for conflicts on service data.
Information we collect
A. Website and demo requests
- Name
- Company
- Work email
- Optional monthly deal volume
- Message content you submit
B. Product / underwriting data
- Bank statements and extracts
- Application and deal fields
- Ticket output and related underwriting artifacts needed to deliver Express or Explanation results
We do not ask you to submit information about consumers beyond what your shop already collects to underwrite MCA deals. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide that information to us.
How we use information
- Respond to demo and contact requests
- Provide, operate, and improve UW-agent (run underwriting passes; return tickets)
- Bill and administer subscriptions when you are a customer
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, and debug failures
- Comply with law and enforce Terms
We do not sell personal information. We do not use underwriting files for unrelated advertising.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to:
- Your organization (users on your shop account)
- Legal / safety when required by law or to protect rights, security, or integrity of the service
- Business transfer (merger, acquisition, asset sale) with notice where required
Security

Children
UW-agent and this site are for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
International
We design this policy for US-facing customers and US shop use. We do not operate a Thailand / PDPA consumer program for this product.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the updated version on this page.
