Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy covers:

1. The public marketing site (including demo / contact requests); and
2. Information processed when a shop uses UW-agent to underwrite deals (for example, bank statements, application fields, and ticket output), when that product use is live for that shop.

If an Order or data processing addendum says otherwise for a paid subscription, that agreement controls for conflicts on service data.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Website and demo requests

When you use the demo or contact form, we may collect:

• Name
• Company
• Work email
• Optional monthly deal volume
• Message content you submit

Demo and contact submissions may be emailed to krit@quantumofsolutions.com or support@quantumofsolutions.com via our email provider (including Resend).

2.2 Account and billing information

If you become a customer, we may collect account contact details, authentication-related data, and billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe when billing is live).

2.3 Product / underwriting data (“Customer Data”)

When you use the paid Service, you may submit:

• Bank statements and related file extracts
• Application and deal fields
• Ticket output and related underwriting artifacts needed to deliver Express or Explanation results

Draft-only messaging: Where the Service creates Gmail drafts (including draft reply-all paths), those drafts are tools for your operators. The standard Service does not auto-send underwriting results to merchants or auto-fund deals.

2.4 Technical / essential cookies

We use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for session and security operation of the site. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy.

2.5 What we do not collect intentionally via marketing cookies

We do not run advertising pixels or analytics cookies on the site at this time.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Respond to demo and contact requests
• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and support UW-agent (run underwriting passes; return draft tickets)
• Bill and administer subscriptions (via Stripe when live)
• Prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

We do not sell personal information. We do not use merchant bank-statement files for unrelated advertising.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to:

• Service providers / subprocessors that host or process data for us (see Section 5)
• Your organization (authorized users on your shop account)
• Professional advisors under confidentiality, when engaged
• Legal / safety when required by law or to protect rights, security, or integrity of the Service
• Business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), with notice where required

We do not sell personal information.

5. Subprocessors (public short list)

We currently use (or may use as the Service operates) the following categories of providers. We may update this list:

• Google (Gemini API) and Anthropic (Claude API) — AI document extraction. Statement and application content is sent to these providers to extract data fields (e.g., balances, deposits, NSFs). Data sent through these services is not used to train their models under our commercial agreements.

A fuller technical inventory may be confirmed with our builders over time.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account to use Gmail draft features, UW-agent accesses only the Gmail permissions needed to create draft emails in your account. We use this data solely to provide that feature. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models. Humans do not read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or as required by law. UW-agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Access controls

Only authorized Kouko LLC personnel with a need-to-know may access Customer Data to operate, secure, or support the Service.

Marketing and sales personnel do not access merchant bank files.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep Customer Data while your account is active.

After termination of the Service for your account: upon written request within thirty (30) days, we will make Customer Data then in our possession available for export in a reasonable format, then delete or de-identify it per our retention practices, except copies retained for legal compliance or backups that rotate out.

Website demo/lead records are retained as needed to respond to your request and for ordinary business records, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS for data in transit and need-to-know access. See /security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable US state privacy law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal a denial. To make a request, email support@quantumofsolutions.com. We may need information to verify the request and the shop it relates to.

Do not sell / share for targeted advertising: We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

10. Children

UW-agent and this site are for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

11. International

This Policy is designed for US-facing customers and US shop use. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting paying customers, we will also provide notice by email (to the address on your account or Order) and by posting the updated Policy on the website. We do not rely on in-product notice for material Privacy Policy changes.
